Robert A. Zadek

Bob Zadek is founder and President of Lenders Funding.  He has been active in commercial finance and factoring for fifty years, as an attorney, lecturer, and as a lender.  He holds a Masters of Law degree and is a CPA.  He was instrumental in the formation of the International Factoring Association, was an instructor for the Commercial Finance Association. 

Bob teaches The Law and Business of Factoring each year for the IFA, as well as courses in asset based lending and secured lending workouts.  He is a member of the Economic Round Table, and hosts a weekly live talk radio show broadcast live in the San Francisco Bay Area and streamed nationally.

john benkovich, Chief operating Officer

John Benkovich is the Chief Operating Officer for Lenders Funding. Mr. Benkovich has over 30 years of experience in factoring and asset based lending. He was the President and Founder of Millennium Funding and managed a variety of portfolios including accounts receivable factoring, lawsuit funding, floor planning, mortgages and real estate. After the sale of Millinnium Funding he joined Lenders Funding in 2022.

Jean M. Madden, ContRoller

Jean Madden is the Controller for Lenders Funding. She has over 30 years of experience in asset based lending. Most recently she was Senior Vice President with Equinox Business Credit Corp. in charge of operations and accounts and Vice President at Wells Fargo Business Credit in charge of operations.
